Masterplan of Bulovka

The project will present the revitalization of the 22ha area of Libeň - Bulovka district. The main facility is a hospital, a large university hospital complex in Prague, situated on a hillock. The portfolio shows the entire process of creating this complex project, from data collection to analysis, scenarios, proposal, and final development, showing all applied solutions. The principles of sustainable development, blue-green infrastructure, and Living Building Challenge were applied in the project. The project assumes a master plan consisting of roads, pedestrian and bicycle routes, buildings, and proposed functions, sections, models, and visualizations. The basic principle was to diversify the functions that were lacking in this area and improve pedestrian safety.
