Revitalizace Malešic: Multifunkční komunitní komplex s obytnými objekty

Our proposal features the revitalisation of the Chateau, Farmhouse, Barn, Granary and the link between Barn&Granary and Barn&Farmhouse. Moreover, a completely new building that is based on the Golden Ratio was added in the central part of the site to accommodate the Community and Low-Threshold Centre. A space is dedicated to children and youth as entertainment after school. There is a possibility for extra classes and quality time with professional teachers. A priority is a safe environment and support for every person that may have some problems at school or at home. Thanks to the supervisor, they can develop their skills and play with their creativity which has no barriers.
