Loučná - Háj : Vápenka : ECHOES IN RED

This project revitalizes the historical ruins in the Ore Mountains, merging memory and modernity. A pivoting bridge serves as both a functional connector and an evocative information point, symbolizing the site's historical transitions. The ancient masia is restored as a restful retreat, offering visitors a place to pause and connect with the landscape, while a third ruin is reimagined as a versatile exhibition space, blending history with contemporary culture. Transparent façade materials create a seamless interaction between the architecture and its natural surroundings, while red accents serve as a unifying and identifying element, marking the intervention with bold yet respectful clarity.
