The papers deal with the latest new development trends in engineering education in the Czech Republic in link-up of our previous paper. The paper describes and analyses new document as OECD country Note Czech REpublic, the White book on tertiary education published in January 2009 and the following disscussion. The attention is paid especially to problems of quantitive criteria in engineering education. The structure of the tertiary education in the Czech Republic is commented in the connection of these problems.
