Adaptive re-use of the former factories, depots and workschops reflects current trends - it provides places where both start-ups and established companies can work side by side, there is also a new space for creative enterprise whith its connection between culture and business. The purpose of this contribution is to highlight opportunities in this field in Czech Republic.
