The article analyses the possibilities of using additive production (known as 3D print) in the building industry, especially in the field of reconstruction of building structures. Specific examples illustrate growing potential and future prospects. In case of reconstruction, it is especially additive production in combination with 3D scanning. There are also presented the basic principles of this technology, its advantages over conventional technological processes and the possibility of using special concrete as a primary material in the context of 3D printing and the construction industry.
