The present society is still unable to appreciate fully the value of the architecture built between 1948 and 1989. Today, during the building boom and the rise in land prices, this heritage becomes the target of developers who consider these buildings to be a source of free space for commercially profitable new buildings. The issue brings a case study of particular building from the center of Prague.
