The mandate of the Editorial Group is to draft the Davos Quality Tool and the related Context paper on the definition of the concept of high-quality Baukultur and how this quality can be evaluated and/or measured. This report is final and defines evaluation methodology of the concept of “quality”, specifying the Davos Declaration 2018. The group’s expertise ensures the conceptual and cultural-political coherence of the text in a European context and as an outcome of the “Davos Process”.
