The article deals with strategic planning of transport infrastructure projects. It presents the possibilities of using multi-criteria analysis in the selection of these projects. The review identified some cases of the use of multi-criteria analysis. These have been examined. The resulting findings will be used in the development of a methodology used to assess the prioritization of road construction projects.
