Starting 10th May, contact teaching can take place in all studios

From Monday, May 10, 2021, contact teaching can take place in all ZANs and studios. Examinations, including state ones, are not limited to 10 persons. It is still the case that both students and teachers must take a test before teaching and then every 7 days and enter the result in a central test log. It is still necessary to wear a respirator and keep spacing.

This is clear from Annex 1 to Government Resolution 433 of 3. 5. 2021, in which it is mentioned that the ban on students attending classes and exams in person does not apply to

  • participation in clinical and practical teaching and student practice
  • participating in individual consultations or counselling services (1 student x 1 consultant)
  • test if there is a minimum of 1.5 metres between each person

The obligation of preventive testing (excluding those who have undergone covid in the past 90 days or those covid vaccinated) is governed by Annex 5 to the government’s May 3, 2021, No 433, and by the 5th complete version of the CTU Rector’s Order No 21/2020 of 27 May 2021 (see preventive testing of students (Art. II. 4 Rector's order) and preventive testing of staff (Art. IV. 2 Rector's Order)).

Where to get tested

Testing for students and CTU staff is free at Student House, every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (new) from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The capacity of the test site is sufficient and no reservation system is required yet. The removal is simple and painless. The testing is covered by the health insurance. Candidates for testing shall provide a health insurance card and an employee/student identification card. Confirmation of the test performed will be issued upon request.

Central Test Log

The negative test result must be logged into the central test log book here. Logins are subject to the same login name and password as the KOS component. More details in our previous news.
