Student Dormitory

The student dormitory is located at the intersection of the existing Na Karolině street and the newly planned Vysoké nábřeží street, i.e. at the end of the planned zoning change in Ostrava. The aim of the project was to design affordable housing for university students, which would provide them with all the necessary services. In addition to the main entrance hall of the dormitory and a side entrance with a bicycle shed, the ground floor also contains commercial premises for rent, which serve the needs of city life. The other floors are used only for the purposes of the dormitory and its students, and there are rooms, shared kitchens and study rooms.
