CASTLE IN ROKYTNICE V ORLICKÝCH HORÁCH

This diploma thesis looks into a renewal of a farmyard and the determination of new functions of the chateau and public park in Rokytnice v Orlických horách. The site is a part of the conservation area of the town and the chateau is a listed building of the cultural heritage. The thesis is divided into three parts: in the first part there is a description of the chateau and its surroundings, the second part is dedicated to the historical and constructional exploration of the roof of the chateau, and in the third part there is developed a design of the public park and new builds which are located in the site of the former farmyard.
