Annotation
The thesis addresses a problematics of reducing base weight and volume of the sports equipment for ultra light backpacking and offers the research and solution proposal. It follows a way of combining different components of essential equipment for a purpose of base weight cut, eventually achieving of similar weight as competitive products while using more affordable materials, which will lower the final price. The solution combines elements of the two largest items - backpack and shelter and explores its ergonomic and aesthetical aspects and user experience.
