House for Agricultural Cooperative

We are in Prague, Palmovka. The house fills a gap in an inconsistent neighborhood between streets Na Hrázi and Světova. It tries to initiate completion of the block and its surroundings. The face of the house is true, building materials are exposed, its facade is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. By concentrating small farmers,offices, living and even production in roof greenhouses the house can vivify this part of Prague. It creates a new street which connects streets Na Hrázi and Světova and a yard in which a various cultural actions, lectures and flea markets can take place.
