Commoning

Libeň is specific for its diversity, poetic atmosphere and partly neglected public space with sparse development. Bare gables, gaps, vistas and nooks give the place a certain intimacy and character. The design of the apartment building seeks to respond to the environment with sufficient regard to the spirit of the place, but at the same time aims to cultivate the environment and redefine the current urban situation. The plot of the building is located between Na Hrázi and Světova streets, close to Bohumil Hrabal Square, directly opposite the bus station and the Palmovka metro exit.
