VYSOČANY - BUILDING IN THE CITY

The aim of the project is a new city block in Vysočany district in Prague. Being a former brownfield, there is a huge potential for future development in the district. The design brings together all the functions of a liveable neighborhood – housing, workspace, shops and services. All the functions are placed in one building, above each other. Part of the project deals with a feasibility study finding out if such type of building in today’s city would be economically feasible for a developer.
