Annotation
The diploma thesis deals with a design of the multufuncional block in Prague 12. The land is part of the Territorial study of the the housing estate and the surroundings of the future metro station D Libuš. The design of individual houses takes into account future development and surrounding buildings. The aim of the work is to demostrate the possibility of solving a specific block, which will use the potential of the place and contribute to the quality of the area.
