PRAGUE LIBUŠ - POLYFUNCTIONAL URBAN BLOCK

This thesis presents design of polyfunctional urban block. It develops an area of Libuš housing estate which defined building blocks and high-rise levels. Newly formed location is going to become a local centre and important traffic hub due to future metro D line construction and tram line extensions. This urban block is located right next to metro station. It's design comprises of two office buildings, social housing - housing for seniors, for young couples, co-housing complex, library, co-working area with coffee shop and community garden.
