Annotation
The diploma thesis follows up on the results of the diploma seminar, where at the end the transformation area was chosen as one of the key places in the city. The area of the former Yegora barracks of the Soviet army in the center of Zvolen passed into the hands of the city after the fall of the regime. After more than 25 years, one of the most potential locations in the city is still in a semi-dilapidated state and with a poor view of the future.
