DELTA TACHOV - FACTORY REVITALIZATION

The master thesis deals with the revitalization of the factory complex in the city center area. The aim of the proposal was to find a suitable building program and a reasonable architectural solution for the premises. In the proposed solution it was necessary to take into account the complex urban city integration into the context of the city. Into account must also be taken the inclusion of certain parts of the are on the list of immovable cultural heritage sites at the same time. A careful analysis of the near and distant surroundings (location, city, district, region, state) served to reach the goal.
