MULTI-BRAND GALLERY OF THE ZLÍN REGION

The city of Zlín became famous mainly thanks to Tomáš Baťa and the shoe industry. However, the history of the city before its arrival is often neglected. This corresponds to the current state of the second oldest house in Zlín - the manorial brewery, which later served as a district court. The aim of the diploma thesis is to restore this building from the time „before Baťa“ and use the potential of its location in the center of the city park to develop civic amenities. The project will also introduce a new concept of „multibrand gallery“. Its connection with the building of the former manorial brewery creates a place where history meets modern times.
