Annotation
Cultural HUB on the banks of the Danube in the place of the former PKO, connects the functions of the library with multifunctional spaces for cultural activities, a place for a marketplace and restores the original functions of the Park of Culture and Relaxation. By creating a cultural platform for self-realization of the inhabitants of the city in the immediate vicinity of the Danube, it strengthens the relationship of the city's residents to the river.
