URBAN RENEWAL OF BUDOVATELŮ AVENUE, MOST

The subject of the diploma thesis is a design of urban public space of Budovatelu avenue in the city of Most. Since its origin in the second half of the 20th century, the urban space has not changed or developed, and it does not fulfil present day requirements of public space. The design provides a concept of public space, its hierarchization, continuity and sequence on a city scale as well as on a local scale with an emphasis on an intelligibility and uniqueness of a place and city.
