Apartment Building

The proposed apartment building is located in the Nusle-Prague 4 district in Ctiradova Street and is oriented to the south and north. On the west side of the plot, the house connects to the blind facade of the existing building and thus fills the gap. The apartment building has one underground floor and six above-ground. The building covers an area of 266 m2 and offers cozy apartments with 3kk and 1kk overlooking the park Grébovka and Nuselská Town Hall. The ground floor has a commercial space with seating to the courtyard to the south. The whole building is set in the context of the surrounding buildings and is complemented by its greenery, which gives the city district a touch of nature. The facade is designed in a combination of white brick and black sheet metal.
