Social Housing

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building with a courtyard focusing on students, including the solution of a commercial parterre, as part of the completion of the city block defined by the streets Oberbaumstraße, Bevernstraße and May-Ayim-Ufer in the Kreuzberg district of Berlin. The bachelor's thesis deals with the architectural study in detail of a project documentation for the building permit. The main purpose of the thesis is to transform the architectural concept of the building into a subsequent stage of documentation and to coordinate the requirements of the participating professions.
