Multifunctional Residential Building

This polyfunctional house with predominant housing function is situated in the space of a triangular park in the U lužického semináře street in Malá Strana, Prague. The ground floor is occupied by a small café with a fenced yard and there is a total of ten apartments on the other three floors. There is also a parking lot underground for the inhabitants of the building accessible by a car elevator.
