The village of Stvolínky is located in the north of Bohemia on the border of the Ralská Uplands and the Bohemian Central Mountains. It is a small village, the center of which is a castle with a now defunct farmyard. The aim of the project is to revitalize the village and expand the capacity of permanent housing for new residents. The Stvolínky apartment house consists of three, independent, apartment blocks, which are entered using communication cores. The design of the mass follows on from the original defunct development of the farmyard in the village of Stvolínky, and at the same time closes it with its shape in the letter L. The three-storey building has two apartments on the ground floor with barrier-free access and five common living units. On the second floor there are six duplex apartments whose upper floor uses attic space.
