HOUSING NOVÝ STŘÍŽKOV

Our planet is not inflatable. People have to live. I like the tendency to thicken urban construction to an acceptable level. My goal is to test the extent to which dense housing construction can be built so that its character resembles the Prague city districts on the hills (Ořechovka,…). My intention is to design solid villas with a relationship to the land and a spacious residential exterior. How to create a housing structure that would be economical, contextual, but at the same time provide a range of comfortable living? What can be an alternative to moving to the outskirts of the city? Housing Nový Střížkov - searching for a garden city.
