Rektangl Litochleb Square

Rektangle is developed as one of five new building that will arise among new Litochleb Square , close to metro Opatov. The part of urbanistic solution is putting an existing roundabout underground in order to create free space for the new Square. The building acquires a coffee shop , flower shop, tattoo studio and dentist. On the floors above is housing with a panoramic view. Residents also have a two story parking available for their needs. The building has 64 living units and 90 parking lots. It's built out of armored concrete , insultated and facade is made out of decorative bricks.
