Annotation
The apartment building with commercial space on the ground floor is part of a block in the restored locality of Palmovka - Pentagon, which offers new affordable housing with walking distance to an important transport station Palmovka. The design included shared parking under the entire block with an intense green roof that forms the courtyard.
