Apartment Building

The proposed object is an apartment building near the center of Vlašim. The building is located on the grounds of the school garden next to the former cemetery. It is part of a new line development along Prokopova Street, which connects to the newly created park by transforming it from a former cemetery and car park. The function of the building is mostly residential. A low-threshold center for children and young people is designed on the ground floor to help improve local social conditions. There are also commercial premises on the ground floor.
