Apartment House Školská

The main idea of the whole project was to design an apartment building near the historical part of Kolín, which would naturally fit into the existing development. It is offered to use the potential of this location and create a pleasant residential street with the use of a ground floor. The solution was the design of three apartment buildings, which with their location and mass are connected to the surrounding buildings and at the same time naturally copy the sloping terrain. The houses are offset from each other due to the height difference. The apartment buildings are connected by a common parking lot, which is located in the basement. One floor of the garage is intended for the public. This replaces the current parking on the plot.
