Annotation
A total renovation of a historic house for accomodation, rented spaces and caffeteria. With the renovation of the house is also projected the renovation of a courtyard A and a garden. The renovation is based on a historic research of the house and respects especially original appearance of the house in the half and the end of the 19th century.
