Annotation
he project deals with designing a set of buildings based on principles of cohousing in the municipality Řež u Prahy. The allotment is located in a remote part of the municipality municipality next to a forest. The set of buildings consists of independent one-family houses and a commonhouse which are situated around a central space. The emphasis is put on both developing social relationships in the community and privacy of the inhabitants.
