BÍLINA QUARRY

This work deals with revitalization of the Bílina quarry. The aim of this work is a comprehensive design of a functional cultural landscape in the place of today's quarry and its integration into the surroundings. Emphasis is placed primarily on the water regime, permeability, creation of diverse functional ecosystems and determination of new landscape uses. The work is divided into an analytical part, which deals with the entire district of Teplice, and a design part, which is focused only on the quarry itself.
