Senior cohousing

The aim of the diploma project is the sharedhousing for seniors called co-housing. The object is divided into 3 parts reflecting the scale of surrounded buildings. Each part of the object is connected to others by gallery placed on the garden side. In the central part of the object are situated services for residents and public. The other parts of the object are designed for living. All the flats are designed for immobile residents. The building is placed on the old Prosek square and it is supposed to provide services for both residents and public.
