Senior co-housing

This thesis deals with the topic of senior housing in the city. The target group are retirement people who do not want to leave the urban environment in which they have spent all their life. Searching for the suitable locality is also part of the project for building barrier-free, small size apartments with expanded facilities. An important aspect for the choice of location and forming of the effort is to create opportunities for establishing and maintaining of social relationships with mates and society in general.
