Diploma project of the brewery in the city center. Small breweries are, unlike a largefactories using a lot of chemistry, important holders of high czech beer culture. Theirpopularity is growing fast.The design includes a brewery, a restaurant and a museum of beer. The plot issituated in Malá Strana in Prague. Therefore the part of assignment is also workwith significant historical structure.
