The topic of the bachelor's project is the architectural design of a building, which is located on Křižíkova Street in Prague. The multifunctional building has 8 upper floors and 2 basements. A cafe and a lecture hall are located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor contains a sports hall and a common room. From 3 floors, the apartment units are intended for long-term and short-term rental.
