Block of Apartments in Prague

The subject of the bachelor thesis is an apartment building on Palackého náměstí in Prague. The aim of the project is to define a waterfront and to create a social space for the inhabitants. The apartment building has an underground floor with public parking for residents of the building. The first floor is intended for the public in the form of office space and a cafe. The second to sixth floors are used for housing.
