City Block - Kolbenova

The purpose of my diploma project is a design of polyfunctional building with living as a primary function. Maximum effort is placed a priori to visual, functional and aesthetical connection to a park and block of buildings. The area is a part of complete revitalization an industrial area in Prague Vysočany near the subway station Kolbenova. Brownfield, which we solved, has ambitions to become the new center of Vysočany. The urban plan was made in our design studio and everybody worked on his chosen part of area.
