The subject of this thesis is an architectural proposal for a new mixed-use building, placed in an urban-significant area in the centre of Prague. The site is defined by its surrounding streets: Spálená, Purkyňova, Vladislavova a Charvátova and is located in the New Town of Prague. The designed building - horizontally layered complex offers retail in its lower storeys, offices above and residential units on the level of rooftops..
