Conversion of Lihovar Zlichov - Hotel

Subject-matter of the diploma project is transformation of the premises of distillery Zlichov Lihovar in Prague 5 – Smichov that is no longer in operation. The project comprises design of a four-star hotel that is a part of collective urban study. Concept of the hotel is to provide conference facilities, traditional short-term stays and possibility of long-term stays in suites following the recreational potential of the area.
