The location is ideally situated at a peaceful site near the confluence of Vltava and Sázava. The site is currently partially occupied by a former hotel failing into ruin. These premises are to be integrated as a part of the Rehabilitation Centre offering services such as, among other, a specialised Unit for people suffering from handicaps due to injuries or illnesses affecting the spinal marrow. The Rehabilitation Centre shall be also to local‘s benefit as it includes a Diagnosis Unit and provides care pertaining to the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal system. The main function of the Rehabilitation Centre is to facilitate a successful reintegration of physically impaired back into current life.
