Cohousing emphasizes a social interaction and keeps privacy and independence of every single human. I’ve designed neighbourhood which facilitates a deeper social interaction and simultaneously it keeps and supports personal independence. Every home is composed of a fully equipped apartment supplemented by shared facilities. In ground floors are located public services including wellness, swimming pool, café, mall and restaurant. It provides an opportunity to inhabitants to keep, develop and gain social interaction. Other parts of the area are a small square with water features, a garden with a pond and other various areas introduce chance for relaxation and leisure activity not only for seniors.
