Cohousing 50+ Kladno

The topic of the diploma project is design of a housing complex COHOUSING 50+ in a direct relation to the very centre of a town Kladno.  The complex is built of apartment houses ( the size of apartments – 2kk) and public facilities such as a Restaurant, Library with a Café and a greenhouse as well.  The basic points of the design concept are: Relation to the present state of site inside the block Taking advance of a sloping site Building the conditions for cohousing life.
