Apartmens in Vršovice

Task of the project is area in existing urban structure in Prague Vršovice between the streets of Moskevská, Krymská and Bezejmenná by houses with predominant housing functions and business parter. Proposal in the urban level I try to respect the existing structure composed of residential blocks. The basic principle is sensitive completion to the existing buildings so that was stored character of place and exploit the potential of the site offers. An important factor is the reaction with existing structure. Public space have local center status. The area is divided into a vacant lots Magnolia Carnea. Land intended for construction are strongly sloping south facing significant public space.
