Annotation
The aim of the project is to design a hotel in an atractive area of Prague 8 - Karlín. The design should appropriately fill the current gap site on the corner of Thámova and Pobřežní street in contact with new arising buildings. The hotel should meet the requirements for **** (first class) rating and have a capacity of at least 60 beds.
