Pražská třída, České Budějovice

The theme of the thesis is a design of adjustments of Prazska trida in Ceske Budejovice and the area that is connected to it. The goal is to find a strategy for one of the main streets of the town of one hundred thousand inhabitants. Through the block structure, concrete buildings of 70th and periphery the street connects the historical center with the south bohemian landscape. One of the oldest ways to Ceske Budejovice should be space that corresponds with the mood and size of the spot, shall become important public space, that differs from the historical center and connects it through the periphery to the landscape.
