Veleslavin - Complement of the Urban Structure

Master's thesis aims an area in Veleslavin, where are the new urban situation, becouse of new metro station. Citysite, as a contractor, decide to use and valorize this area. It is clear that this is not the most attractive area of development around. The contracting authority is aware of the other potentials that Veleslavin offers. Veleslavin is a compact city, but also no longer a village.
